Dharma-eLearning.net is a joint project by Jinpa Chöphel’s Vimalakirti Project and Ven. Dupsing Rinpoche. They are theoretically based out of Hong Kong and Pokhara, respectively, however, it is much more likely to meet them somewhere else at any given time. So the best way to contact them is right here.
